Yorkshire pudding

Zutaten

90Gramm (75 g) flour
1  Egg
3  Flunoz (75 Ml) milk
2  Flunoz (50 Ml) water
   Salt and pepper, a little fat
 

Zubereitung

Use a baking tin 11 inches .7 chinches To make the batter, put the flour in a bowl and break an eeg in to it. Add a little milk and water and beat the mixture well. Go on beating as you add the rest of the milk and water and some salt and pepper. Leave the batter for half an hour. Put a little fat in the tin and put the tin in an oven at 230 C. After about ten minutes, when the fat is smoking, take the tin from the oven the pour the batter in. Bake for about 30 minutes. Cut in to portions and serve immediately.
